PPRA firm registration onboarding

Submit your onboarding file and generate your RentPP invoice.

Select the RentPP service you need, upload the registration documents that apply to your firm, and download your invoice for payment. RentPP service delivery commences only after payment has been received and matched to your invoice/reference.

Upload PPRA registration documents

Upload the documents that apply to your firm. If a document does not apply, leave that upload field blank and explain it in the notes field above.

Certified ID copies may be requested where required.
Completed and signed PPRA forms for the applicable directors.
Required where the company has more than one director/member.
Company registration certificate or current CIPC disclosure.
Upload the certificate or sworn affidavit where available.
Upload the SARS tax compliance document where available.
Only required where the firm trades as a partnership.
Upload the stamped bank letter or trust exemption application.
Must include the auditor acceptance and IRBA registration number.
Only required where the firm operates under a franchise.
Upload payment proof for applicable PPRA fees where already paid.
Upload after payment if already available. Service starts after payment is received.
