RentPP Online Appointment Booking

RentPP’s online appointment application allows property practitioners, principal practitioners and real estate businesses to schedule consultations with Rent a Principal Practitioner.

Purpose of the Application

The application is used to book and manage consultations for:

• Stand-In Principal services;
• New real estate agency setup;
• PPRA and FIC compliance assistance;
• Fidelity Fund Certificate support;
• Ongoing compliance management;
• Property practitioner training and mentoring.

Google Calendar and Google Meet Integration

An authorised RentPP representative may connect a Google account to the appointment application.

The integration allows RentPP to:

• Check calendar availability and prevent double bookings;
• Add confirmed consultations to the authorised Google Calendar;
• Update calendar events when consultations are rescheduled;
• Remove calendar events when consultations are cancelled;
• Create a unique Google Meet link for online consultations;
• Include appointment and meeting information in booking confirmations.

The application accesses only the Google Calendar information required to provide these scheduling functions. RentPP does not access Gmail messages, Google Drive documents or Google Contacts through this integration.

Google user information is not sold, used for advertising or used to train generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
